We can produce a wide variety of turned, milled or ground components.  CNC lathes and mills contribute to the reliability and accuracy in machining shafts, sleeves, impellers, suction covers, diffusers and other critical service components.  Sturm Rapid Response Center is capable of machining parts to very high tolerances - meeting the most demanding applications.  We are also capable of producing parts to military specifications and part for high-energy applicaitons.

Having a world class coating specialist on-site has been a distinct advantage with offering to our customers.  Sulzer Metco, the recognized world leader in coatings and coating application, has a coating service facility within the Sturm Rapid Response Center compound.  This means that we can offer immediate solutions and have very quick dialogue with regard to coating recommendations.
