Sturm Rapid Response Center is a 70,000 sq. ft. foundry and manufacturing facility that is equipped with a wide range of machine tooling, including CNC high production and high quality work centers.  Through our on-site sister company, Sulzer Metco, we can offer hard coated products produced with HVOF, plasma or spray & fuse systems.  We have an in-house engineering department that is versed in all OEM equipment and pumping systems.  Our engineering resources and capabilities complement our rapid prototyping technology for cast products. 

Our fully integrated manufacturing company, including the foundry operation, offers customers long-term solutions with competitive pricing and delivery.  With heat traceability on all materials cast, our wide range of cast materials includes stainless, bronze, iron, steel, and other exotic alloys.  Considerable experience in equipment performance and material upgrades allows Sturm Rapid Response Center to meet changing process and duty requirements, including round-the-clock services that are provided to meet production and emergency needs. 

Sturm Rapid Response Center manufactures and supplies spare parts for a wide range of machinery, including pump parts.  We have more than 300,000 drawings already stored in an electronic vault, allowing immediate access, and a comprehensive historical database, which provides efficient retrieval of job records.  Our experienced staff and facilities are equipped to meet rigorous manufacturing and foundry demands.
